MY STORY
I am a playwright and author based in Holland, Michigan.
After earning my B.A. in Theatre from Hope College, I completed an M.Phil. in Theatre and Performance at the University of Dublin, Trinity College under the supervision of Dr. Eric Weitz with a focus in playwriting under the tutelage of playwright Marina Carr.
While living in Dublin, I worked as head scriptreader for Fishamble: the New Play Company. I have also completed several independent courses and seminars, including a viewpoints with Bluepatch Theatre Company and a directing seminar with Selina Cartmell.
Currently, I work as the Associate Managing Director for Hope Summer Repertory Theatre and Stage Mangement Lecturer and Supervisor, and Office Manager for the Hope College Department of Theatre.
